The starting point is the Sot d’en Ferrer car park, in the old town of Begur, from where we take the old Sa Tuna path, a path formerly used by the people of Begur to connect Begur with this cove. After crossing the winding road that goes down to it at several points along its route, the path continues through several residential areas until reaching the charming cove of Sa Tuna. Following the coastal path in a southerly direction, we reach the Mirador de Sant Josep and as we continue we climb a path that offers us a splendid panoramic view of the wildest and most unspoilt Begur coast. This path takes us to a street in the La Borna urbanization, from where we first follow some paved streets and then a dirt road that takes us to the access street to the old traffic light, where we find the Mirador del Cap de Begur. We go back a few steps and continue along the asphalt road until we reach a junction where there is a vertical sign with two flags. Here we take a rough path that will take us to the immediate vicinity of Puigsaguardia. This section is characterized by passing over old terraced paths and from here begins a very steep descent that will take us to the Mirador d’Aiguablava and very close to Platja Fonda. At this point we find a vertical sign that tells us that we must take an asphalt road that will take us to the entrance of a private property. Here we enter the Rec ses Gralles stream. We must follow it, passing next to a stream and some houses, and after a steep descent we will reach the streets of the urbanization again where we will resume the coastal path. This old coastal path allows us to walk along the sea, connecting to the small coves of Fornells. Always walking south, we will first pass through Cala de n’Estasia, then Cala de Ses Orats, followed by Cala d’en Malaret and finally Cala del Port d’Esclanyà, which will take us to Platja d’Aiguablava.

From here we follow a stretch of asphalt road that gently climbs to the Ses Falugues hill, and here we will take a path that through the middle of the forest will lead us to a point very close to Mas del Llor, where we will find vertical signage that will indicate that we continue along a dirt track (an old road that connected the fishing village of Tamariu with Begur) that will take us to the famous Tamariu beach.
